Payments for Monthly Utility Bills are Received at City Office, 100 S. Main, P.O. Box 476, Canton, Kansas 67428

Monthly Water Rates Inside City Limits:
A minimum charge of $ 12.17 for first two thousand gallons.
A charge of $ 2.73 for each one thousand gallons in excess of two thousand gallons.

Monthly Water Rates Outside City Limits:
     A minimum charge of  $ 30.42 for first two thousand gallons.
     A charge of $ 3.65 for each one thousand gallons in excess of two thousand gallons.

Utility Hook-Up Fee for New Residents - $ 60.00

Utility Transfer-Fee for Established Residents - $ 25.00

Monthly Sewer Rates:

$ 19.15 for each residential connection inside city limits.
$ 21.69 for each residential connection outside city limits.

Trash Rates: Service provided by McPherson Area Solid Waste Utility.

     One polycart -      $ 12.22
     Two polycarts -   $ 17.94
     Three polycarts - $ 25.74
     Four polycarts -   $ 33.22

TRASH PICKUP EVERY WEDNESDAY MORNING - SET POLYCART AWAY FROM CURB AND PARKED VEHICLES FOR EASY ACCESS BY TRASH TRUCK.
